My stay included exploring the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and other nearby attractions, which were just a pleasant stroll away. The charm of the hotel really stood out, especially with the spacious and clean accommodations. Although the décor in our Junior Suite felt a bit outdated, the separate seating area was a nice touch, providing a comfortable spot to relax. I appreciated the good noise-canceling windows, which shielded us from the street sounds, ensuring quiet nights.

Family with children friendly

The service was outstanding, we arrived late and the host was waiting with a drink. Breakfast was awesome, they even made gluten-free bread for us, truly went above and beyond.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.

Spacious family room suite

The staff were super helpful, especially Sebastian at the front desk who assisted with a collect call. We stayed in a Comfort Double Room, and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It felt like a well-cared-for place.

The location shines with proximity to the main station and the riverside. The rooms feature air conditioning, essential during the heatwave, and are nicely sized with comfortable beds.

The single room felt cramped, with an insufficiently thin duvet that lacked comfort, especially compared to the double room option. Noise from nearby trains and the alarm for rail workers disrupted sleep, making rest a challenge. The toiletries provided were minimal, with only wall-mounted shampoo offering little more than the basics, and promises of a coffee machine in-room weren't fulfilled.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the main train station and the pedestrian area. The single room was adequately sized and featured a comfortable bed, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The staff, especially a clerk at the front desk, provided exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. However, the bathroom could use some updates, as it felt a bit outdated, and some amenities were lacking for the price range.

Exceptional Service and Comfort

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even arranging a special breakfast for our large family group. The room was modern and clean, with large, comfortable beds that made for a restful night. It's also conveniently located near the train station and city center. The only downside was that some amenities, like a tea kettle, were missing from our room.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a welcoming bar area, and express check-in. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with printing. I highly recommend it as I'm coming back for a holiday!
